Design and implementation of the Active Directory of the organization along with the various security policies that should exist and be implemented taking into consideration the large and complicated wide area network of the organization. Additionally special consideration was given to unique requirements posed by the SAP ERP into operation in the organization. The project ended with a complete knowledge transfer to the IT department of the organization so that they could continue the project without us from their on.

A number of projects have been carried out for KPMG primarily relating to the firm’s practice management system. The implementation of this system and the training of all personnel being amongst the tasks that we have undertaken after the system was purchased from the supplier. Aditionally, we have created a reporting (MIS) sub-system that extracts information from the practice management system and provides more in depth reports and analysis of the data found in the practice management system in a form most suitable for the management of the firm and for complying with International KPMG reporting guidelines and directives.

We have created our own Reporting software package in collaboration with KPMG (Cyprus) to assist banks with local presence (in Cyprus) to prepare and submit their monthly electronic balance sheet return based on the specifications of the Central Bank of Cyprus. This package was a great success and it is now the market leader with 16 banks successfully using it.
